Scenario 1:
I would not read them or take them. I would ask her about the papers. I think it is unethical to look at somethin that is not yours. I do understand why a reporter would need to read them but I still believe it is unethical.
Scenario 2:
Yes I would.
I would do it because it is not right that people pay a business ownerto take care of the people they love and then turn around and mistreat the patients. I as a citizen would be outraged.
Scenario 3:
I would credit the written source. I would make sure the website was credible if it was I would credit the website.

#2 - Be careful on this one — applying for a job without revealing that you are a reporter can get you (and your news organization) sued for misrepresentation. That’s what happened in the Food Lion case. ( Link to the Freedom Forum analysis of this case.)
